Last fall, I created a created a serious of videos called 'Television Arms'. That may not sound like a good thing but actually, it is! This is my simple, do while watching TV, arm series that will take you no more than about 10 minutes. In the videos, I don't do as many repetitions as you can do ... Instagram limits videos to 1 minute. I'd suggest you do 10 to 12 of each exercise. You'll need light weights or a couple cans of soup or bottles of shampoo will work, too!
I recently had a request from a student to share this again. She travels for work and wanted to do them on the road! Kudos to her for making a plan to stay on track while traveling! I've added all four videos to youtube so you all can enjoy them as well!
Do this series on a regular basis and I bet you'll see a difference in those arms!
